8:30 AM: Wake up.

9:10 AM: Make coffee.

9:27 AM: Break time. Scroll Facebook, Instagram, check email.

9:35 AM: Decide to meditate. Set timer for twenty minutes with deluded confidence.

9:43 AM: Decide eight minutes of meditation is solid.
