Solange Castro Belcher

Solange Castro Belcher studied English Literature at Yale University where she wrote a column for the Yale Daily News and published a magazine called, The Yale Woman. She began working with web content in 1997 at GeoCities and for four years managed the online journal, www.TeachingtoChangeLA.org. She has freelanced as a writer and web programmer for Kapow.com, Innovision-Optics, and has written forThe Jonathan Wright Co. (stationary company), UCLA's School of Theater, Film, and Television, and Globe in the City.

She currently works with the fabulous people of Threshold Marketing
where she eats a lot of chocolate.

Since 2003, Solange has written a blog in the voice of "Stella," a character from the short film, "Stella's Search for Sanity," that Solange wrote, produced, and acted in. In 2003, the LA Times featured the blog in this story.
Solange has recently completed the feature screenplay of "Stella's Search for Sanity" and hopes to soon star in a live theatrical production based on the screenplay.
